A DPK can be attractive where the company is still genuinely startup-sized and wants the flexibility of the variable-capital regime. An OOD is still the more conventional route where founders want a familiar structure that banks, advisers, and counterparties already understand easily.
Public DPK limits
Public Registry Agency guidance states the DPK route is available only where the enterprise has fewer than 50 employees and turnover and/or asset value not exceeding BGN 4,000,000.
