What This Product Is
This offer is for companies that are paying for a role which can be replaced, reduced, or restructured through AI, automation, software integration, and stronger internal systems. The purpose is not to add gimmicks. The purpose is to remove repetitive salary cost, improve consistency, and create a more scalable operating structure.
DriehuisGroup reviews the role, maps the process, identifies what can be automated, and builds the practical workflow needed to replace that role with AI-supported execution.
Pricing Model
The fee for this product is one year salary of the employee being replaced.
This keeps the commercial logic simple. If the business is already paying for the role, it can convert one year of that cost into a permanent operating asset instead of continuing to carry that salary burden every year.
Example: if a role costs EUR 24,000 per year, the replacement project fee is EUR 24,000.
Good Fit Roles
This works best when the role involves structured tasks, repeated decisions, documentation handling, internal communication, reporting, scheduling, administration, or process management.
- Administrative support roles
- Back-office process roles
- Customer handling and intake coordination
- Documentation and workflow management
- Reporting and internal operational follow-up
- Multi-system data transfer and routine coordination work
Some roles can be fully replaced. Others can be heavily reduced or redesigned around a much smaller human oversight function.
What We Build
Depending on the business, this may include AI-supported workflows, custom internal tools, connected applications, process automations, server-side logic, dashboards, document handling pipelines, intake systems, response systems, and role-specific operating structures.
- Process mapping and bottleneck review
- Role replacement feasibility assessment
- Workflow design
- Custom application or integration buildout
- Automation of repetitive handoffs and routine tasks
- Testing, refinement, and implementation support
How the Process Works
1. Role review
We review the employee function, salary cost, workflow, tools, and real tasks being performed.
2. Replacement assessment
We identify which parts of the role can be fully automated, which parts need oversight, and what technical structure is required.
3. Build and implementation
We build the workflow, integrations, tools, and process logic required to replace or redesign the role.
4. Transition
We help the business move from manual dependency to a more stable system-driven process.
After Go-Live Support
Where useful, we can continue on a month-to-month basis after deployment for refinement, monitoring, adjustments, or additional automation. That ongoing support is optional. The core product is the role replacement project itself.
Professional Scope
This is a commercial automation and process-replacement service. The practical outcome depends on the quality of the existing workflow, the nature of the role, the systems already in use, and the level of cooperation from the business during implementation.
Some roles can be replaced almost entirely. Others are better restructured than eliminated. The review stage exists to make that distinction properly.
Start the Review
If you are paying for a role that feels repetitive, process-heavy, or structurally automatable, start with a role replacement review. We will assess whether the role is a good fit for AI-supported replacement and what the implementation route looks like.
